We maintain very high standards of both security and service at Crofton Caravan and Leisure Storage. We believe that storage of your caravan or motor-home should be easy and we make every effort to ensure that collection prior to your holiday and deposit after your holiday can be done quickly and securely.
CaSSOA
As a company, we support CaSSOA as we believe that Caravan Storage should be performed in the same way as any other professional service, with due diligence, care and a high standard of service. We are pleased that our attention to security and service has gained us an award from CaSSOA - the highest available - a GOLD Site Accreditation.

Security
As well as general standards of service, security standards are clearly important. The security system installed at our facility is installed by a Nationally recognised NACOSS Gold registered installer, and we hold a National Security Inspectorate Gold Approval Scheme Certificate for our installation.
In addition:
- Our Storage Facility is alarmed and features other confidential security counter-measures as recommended to us by CaSSOA.
- We move all items in and out of the facility ourselves. Many customers have come to us after having their property damaged by a fellow customer's careless maneuvering at another storage site. To limit that risk we do not allow customers to gain access to the storage facility. All customers are given access to an electronically secured collection and delivery area only. This policy also affords additional security by ensuring that the contents of the storage facility are kept confidential.
